Texas expunction, nondisclosure, and later corrections can also change access or status. Verify the final disposition with the Kent clerk, the originating law-enforcement agency, or Texas DPS before relying on an older copy.

No page here is an official file. The Kent sheriff controls sheriff and jail records, the combined clerk controls local case files, Texas DPS controls state criminal-history data and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and TDCJ controls state-prison information. Only the responsible office can issue or certify its record.
